Consultations & Reports
As astrology and matching services involve significant preparation, fees for completed consultations and delivered reports are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you cancel a booking before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please contact us as early as possible.
Physical Products
Physical items may be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting details.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email astrologyvasavi@gmail.com with your booking details. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
