Our cancellation policy lasts [Number] hours before the scheduled consultation. If [Number] hours have passed since your booking and prior to the consultation, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your scheduled consultation within the specified timeframe. Refunds are only applicable to the consultation fee. Any additional services or products purchased alongside the consultation may have separate refund terms.
Certain services are exempt from refunds. Consultations that have already taken place, or those cancelled with insufficient notice, are not eligible for refunds.
To process your cancellation and refund request, we require your booking confirmation or proof of purchase.
Please do not contact third-party payment processors directly for refunds.
Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within [Number] business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you wish to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
If a consultation was booked as a gift, and the recipient wishes to cancel within the eligible timeframe, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the gift giver.
